Also

While I'm on a non-gaming kick anyway, I want to note for those of you unaware that Six Feet Under's covers of Purple Haze, Smoke On the Water, and TNT are all made of fuck and win, as the kids on the internets say.

PURPLE HAZE! ALL IN MY BRAIN!

As long as you're listening to Six Feet Under anyway, you must check out their perennial classics Lycanthropy and Still Alive. And no, it ain't the Portal song, Kiddies.

Some days I think I need help. Then, I decide to just embrace the insanity. At least that way it's more fun.

  1. Six Feet Under... isn't one of the guys from my fave band Cannibal Corpse in that one? Maybe I should finally get around to checking them out...

  2. *gasp*

    YOU? Listen to Cannibal Corpse?

I don't believe Metal Blade Records is on the list of music approved for Fae-kind, you know.

Actually not a huge Cannibal Corpse fan, myself. I'm not huge on death metal on the whole, really; but those guys in Six Feet Under can play, and they like to cover AC/DC tracks. Too much fun to pass up.

And sometimes, damn it all you're just in a death metal mood, y'know?

Of course, after that I was in a Glen Campbell mood... so I started feeling kinda nuts again...

  3. Yes, I surprise many with my musical tastes. I enjoy Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Morbid Angel...

    ...Beethoven, Bartok, Prokofiev...

...so if you're nuts, then I suppose I'm right in there with you!

  4. Generally prefer Pachelbel and Chopan to Beethoven, but I'll admit I am a sucker for the Moonlight Sonata.

And don't worry, I already knew you were nuts.
