You may currently be thinking you're on an acid trip.
If, like me, you don't drop acid, this would naturally be perplexing.
Allow me to assure you that you're not seeing things. I have actually opted to update my blogs with some of the new "designs" Blogger is offering. Hopefully things are a bit less dour and plain now.
Well... you're not seeing things in regards to this blog. That pink elephant doing the Charleston on your desk? Yeah, he's either really there or you need serious psychiatric help. Sorry to have to be the one to break it to you.
I like the red clickables; very eye-catching. Do they come in Fallout Green as that would also be appropriate?
ReplyDeleteNot sure I like the purple background thing though. Is it possible to put a custom image there, like an action shot of Maeva perhaps?
Anyway, I just stopped by to say hi and hope things are going better for you and your PC now.
I looked around a bit, but couldn't find an "upload your own background" spot.
ReplyDeleteI can get it to a solid color, but that's about it.
There are green settings for the links, yes; but being as my personal colors tend more towards black and red, I went with that by default. I'll try the green, though.
There's a pseudo-matrix-y binary thing for the background; but it's blue instead of green, and not really me anyway.
This was just the one I hit on that was the least offensive to my own sense of the aesthetic. I'm sure I'll toy with it more in the future.
Got MmmmmmmmMMMMMMmmmmmmMMMMMMM's mod uninstalled, and the game seems to be working again... but only time will tell. Think I'm going to delete all my saves just to be safe. AFTER I've loaded the game - I should clarify. Just to clean out dirty data, you know.
Don't know that I'm much better, but am plodding along in the GECK as we speak. Nothing heavy-duty - I'm just cleaning up some dialog in my companions pack, and adding a few new options that may or may not be implemented right away.
At some point, I keep meaning to take some screenshots and assemble a NosCo modding banner for the top (as well as Nexus file entries), but alas; my GIMP-fu is fairly weak, and I'm never sure I want to tackle a project like that...
How's this one? "Fallout" enough for you?
ReplyDeletePERFECT
ReplyDeleteNo, perfect would have been the exact shade of green, with a nice mushroom cloud in the background or somesuch.
ReplyDeleteThis'll just have to do though.
